Our plans objective is to provide you with service, training and maintenance of your selected product…
So you can fly solo if you have to. However, we got you cover for a year on each plan.
Is everything in your plan needed?
Functionality and usability is at the core of the user experience value. In our practice we have learn the basics of these elements in the field, and research for the best solutions available up to date. If the plan connects with your needs, the tools included are needed for your project to perform at its best!
What do you recommend to grow and expand?
WordPress. In 2023 remains the most popular content management system (CMS) in the world, it powers over 53% of all websites on the internet.

What kind of support or maintenance do you provide?
We provide basic to advanced support and maintenance for the UI/UX product we design for you. From ensuring that webpages are working properly, fixing errors when needed, and updating content regularly all the way to scalability features required after the initial purchase.

Additionally, we can provide training and technical assistance to users who want to self-manage their projects. We consider critical to ensure that the website remains secure and up to date with the latest updates.

We are daily updated on any changes or issues and communicate them to you in a timely manner.

In simple words: “We are daily informed on any site conditions, so you are always updated. We are focused to provide quality service and support, so our products are successful and stand the test of time.”
What happens when my plan expires?
If your plan expires, you will have the latest backup to all the features and benefits that came with your plan in case you decide to move somewhere else, with the reinstallation of your latest backup in your new location. Do not worry we will keep you updated before that happens, and you will have a 20 days waiver when the plan ends before closing your account.

Depending on the Web Development Plan you chose, a new renewal contract will be required in order to continue with our maintenance and support of UI/UX design services for another year at a competitive price.

We understand how important this is for you and would be more than happy to discuss any options and costs associated with renewing your service plan. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance in choosing a new plan that best suits your needs. Thank you for being part of our Web Dev services!
